DMS Lite - Product Information

DMS Lite is the entry product for P2B software and incorporates our powerful document management and action tracking applications.

With these applications and with the use of the system, you can upload and store up to 500 megabytes of data and access the system with up to 10 unique logins / users, this product represents excellent value for an entry level application at an entry level cost.

This will effectively allow you to control your documents, and track and close out any actions that are connected to them. You may find as your business and use of the system grows that you might need to upgrade and this be done without the loss of any data.

There are two case studies on this product:
  • A Retail business - that use the product to control important documentation and allow access for other stakeholders (their franchiser, accountant and lawyer plus key customers) to access appropriate areas of their information, and
  • An Accounting Practice - who use the system to access
